Christine Randall, CSR, RPR, and President of Wood & Randall, was a speaker Saturday at the California Alliance of Paralegal Associations event.  Hosted by the Kern County Paralegal Association, CAPA leaders from all over California gathered in Bakersfield for their 9th Bi-Annual Leadership Conference.  The meeting theme was Cultivating Leaders of Tomorrow.  Christine addressed the group regarding her experience of 25-plus years managing her own business and being active in many professional and community groups.  She shared what she has learned to keep life in balance and enjoy the benefits of volunteering her time to her profession and her community.
